What service do you offer?
Spot on Domestic Cleaners are able to undertake any cleaning chores on a weekly basis (minimum time period applies).
Do you offer an ironing service?
Some of our cleaners will do ironing, so if you do require this service we will do our utmost to accommodate it.
Do you vet the cleaners?
We have a very strict recruiting policy. All cleaners are vetted in their own homes by the business owner, we also ask for references.
Are the cleaners insured?
Yes we provide insurance cover for you for the time the cleaner is in your home.
How long will it take to allocate a cleaner?
To match you with a suitable cleaner usually takes around 14 days.
Can I select the day I want my cleaner to call?
Yes, most cleaners work Monday to Friday.
What happens if my cleaner is ill or Im not happy with my cleaner?
No problem, just contact your local manager and we will arrange cover or a replacement.
How do I find out more and book the service?
